home owner process. We lost our apartment due to a condo conversion and
only had [a short time] to find a home. We thought we would never find
the right home to fit our budget and be in an area that we liked.
Marita worked hard for us. She was diligent in finding that just right
place, in our price range, in the right area, and something that we

When viewing different places, Marita pointed out things that we would
have never thought about, both pros and cons. She also has a great
